Shipping

We want you to enjoy our products at the soonest time possible. We will endeavor to ship the goods by the same day or very next day of placing order on AXEIBEX, and you may receive the goods in the next couple of days.

During checkout, there is a comment box to provide any extra details or query about product which is in yours order. We strive hard to deliver orders within the following days from the date of receipt and completion of your order. Delivery charges will be fetched automatically at checkout and if there is no shipping charge then you will see “Free”, estimate delivery time per location is as follow:

  • Karachi; within a maximum of 2 working days (please note that we deliver all across the Pakistan except certain areas which are considered as out of service areas. Exceptional deliveries to these areas will need more time than the deliveries to non remote areas.)
  • All over Pakistan; within 5 to 7 working days. Usually shipping time mentioned on all product details if any product ship from overseas that will be differ shipping days but there must be mention on product details.

If you do not receive your order within the above period of time, please get in touch on contact@axeibex.com.

We regard no obligation for any delay of the shipment.

Please also note that:

  • Placed orders cannot be cancelled before ship you may cancel by contacting us on contact@axeibex.com.
  • Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
  • The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • First of all those product which is eligible to return there must be mention on products details.
  • The product is in its original packaging and the product isn’t used or damaged.
  • The product was received in the last 7 days after that product will not be acceptable.
  • All labels are still attached and not damaged on the product.

Products that do not meet this criteria, will not be considered for a return.

To return a package, please follow the below steps:

  • Contact us by email: contact@axeibex.com
  • Let us know why you would like to return the package.
  • Once you receive an email confirmation for a return, you will be provided with the details on how to and where you shall ship the product in its original packaging.

Returns Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for returns of a product will not covered by the Brand.
  • Cash on delivery charges, Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

If Items Are Damaged

Each and every item is checked carefully before being shipped to you. However, if you found a product is damaged, kindly notify us immediately on contact@axeibex.com for assistance.

Items On Sale

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Only regular priced items can be returned.
